Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

SARL Provence Arômes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of the order.

Article 2: Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and shall not engage the liability of SARL Provence Arômes.

Article 3: Availability

Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and subject to stock availability.

In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed and may choose between:

a replacement product

or a full refund

Article 4: Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs are specified before order validation.

SARL Provence Arômes reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5: Order Process

To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:

1. Select products by clicking “Add to cart”.

2. Validate the shopping cart after checking the order details (description, quantity, price).

3. Enter the personal information required for delivery and billing.

4. Accept these General Terms and Conditions by ticking the appropriate box.

5. Confirm payment and validate the order definitively through the final confirmation step (“double confirmation”).

Before final confirmation, the customer has the opportunity to review the full order details and total price and correct any errors.

The order becomes final upon confirmation of payment.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. SARL Provence Arômes cannot be held liable for delivery failure due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is made in euros (€) via:

Bank transfer

Cheque

For cheque or bank transfer payments, the order is reserved for 7 days.

Payments are secured via SSL protocol.

SARL Provence Arômes never has access to the customer’s banking details.

Article 7: Delivery

Deliveries are made to France and to the countries available at checkout.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

In case of delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and request a full refund.

In case of damage or missing items upon delivery, the customer must notify the carrier immediately.

Article 8: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned by post to the address above, in its original condition, complete, unused and in perfect resale condition.

The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment provided by the customer.

Exception for Cosmetic Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Therefore, perfumes, eau de toilette and other cosmetic products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been opened, unsealed or used.

Article 9: Returns and Complaints

In case of defective or non-conforming products, the customer must contact customer service to arrange the return.

Return costs will be borne by SARL Provence Arômes in the event of a confirmed defect.

Any complaint regarding a preparation error or missing product must be reported within 7 calendar days following delivery.

Article 10: Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from:

the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code

the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code

The consumer has a period of 2 years from delivery to act under the legal guarantee of conformity.

The guarantee only covers defects existing at the time of delivery.

It does not apply in cases of:

normal wear and tear

misuse

failure to follow instructions

improper storage

shock or external damage

SARL Provence Arômes may request supporting evidence (photos, videos, product return for inspection).

In the event of a confirmed defect, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with legal provisions.

Article 11: Personal Data

Personal data is collected for order processing and handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

Article 12: Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve disputes amicably.

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale were originally drafted in French.

In the event of any discrepancy, interpretation difference or inconsistency between the French version and any translated version, the French version shall prevail.
