1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

- Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. They must be accompanied by all their accessories.

2. Return of Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, we are committed to replacing it or providing you with a full refund.

3. How to Return a Product
